Returns Policy – Boutique N. (operating as Petanox)

At Petanox, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Returns – How it works

Step 1: Register your return

Please email solaceandcolimited@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • If applicable: clear photos showing any damage or defects

You will receive a return form and detailed return instructions by email.


Step 2: Prepare the items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn and undamaged

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Have all labels and tags still attached

Items may only be removed from their packaging to the extent necessary to assess them, as you would in a physical store.

Hygiene-sensitive products (such as beauty or personal care items) may not be returned if opened or used.


Step 3: Return the package

The return shipment must be sent within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia, which may result in higher shipping costs than domestic returns

  • Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees are fully borne by the customer


Step 4: Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved

  • Original shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable


Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the desired size or variant is in stock.

To request an exchange, please contact solaceandcolimited@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, stating:

  • Your order number

  • The size or variant you would like to receive


Important return conditions

  • Returned items must be in original condition, including packaging and labels

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing or damage may be partially or fully refused

  • Hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned if opened

  • Any damage or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt, including clear photos


Return shipping & address

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense

  • Returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia

  • Import duties or customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility


Tracking & liability

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Please keep your proof of shipment.
Petanox is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.


Depreciation

If a product is returned in a condition that differs from its original state, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value. This also applies if labels are removed or packaging is damaged or incomplete.
